What alterations and repairs do you offer?
We handle everyday alterations and repairs such as hemming, waist and side-seam adjustments, zipper replacement, seam and lining repair, and sleeve-length adjustment.
How do you confirm the price?
We assess the garment first, then confirm the scope, price, and date after checking its construction, fabric, condition, and fit limitations.
How long does a typical order take?
Turnaround is usually 2 to 5 business days after inspection, depending on the garment and workshop capacity. We do not promise same-day completion without confirmation.
Do you work with customer-supplied materials?
Yes. We review customer-supplied materials, and any replacement fasteners or matching materials are quoted separately after availability is checked.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30, and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. Sunday and Monday are closed.
